How Merge Works
- • Duplicates are detected by matching names (case-insensitive)
- • The oldest record is kept as the primary record
- • Data from newer duplicates is merged into the oldest record (fills empty fields)
- • All relationships (personas, solutions, apps) are transferred to the oldest record
- • Duplicate records are then deleted
- • Use "Select All But Oldest" to quickly select duplicates for merging
- • This action cannot be undone
