Learn how to use each section of the Smart App Hub
About Smart App Hub
The Smart App Hub provides a centralized inventory of all smart solutions, smart apps, AI agents, and microservices, showing what each delivers, which segments and products it supports, and which customers have adopted them. It tracks measurable value and KPIs, dependencies and release status, and adoption across customers giving leaders clear visibility into portfolio readiness, governance, and realized business impact.
Quick Start Guide
Check Your Role: Your role badge (Viewer, Super User, User Admin, App Admin) appears at the bottom of the sidebar. This determines what you can view and edit throughout the Hub.
Navigate: Use the sidebar to access different sections. Click the collapse icon () to minimize.
Search Anywhere: Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) to open global search.
Filter & Find: Use search bars and filter buttons on each page to narrow down results.
Create New Items: Click "New [Item]" buttons at the top of each page (visible to Super Users, User Admins, and App Admins). Viewers can only submit ideas.
View Details: Click on any card to see detailed relationships, dependencies, and full information.
Status Reference Guide
Smart Apps and Bundles use two separate status fields — Sales Availability and Build Status — to track where a product is in the go-to-market journey vs. the engineering lifecycle.
Sales Availability Status

Ideation: Being explored and shaped — not yet committed.
Committed Roadmap: Officially committed to a specific release cycle.
Early Adopter: Available to a select group of early customers.
General Availability: Fully released and available to all customers.
Build Status
Pending Approval: Submitted and awaiting initial review.
Approved: Approved to move forward into scoping.
Ideation: Requirements and use cases being developed.
Prioritization: Ranked and scheduled against other work.
Development: Actively being built by the engineering team.
Build Complete: Build phase complete, ready for release.
Backlog: Parked — not currently scheduled for development.

Tips & Tricks
Global Search: Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) to search across all Smart Apps, Bundles, Agents, Microservices, and more from anywhere in the Hub.

Bulk Actions: On Smart Apps, Smart Bundles, and other entity pages, use the checkboxes to select multiple items and perform bulk delete or export.
Detail Pages: Click any entity card to open its full detail page, showing all linked entities, internal documents, release status, and a comment thread.

Internal Documents: The Hub Only section on app and solution detail pages contains links to 4x4s, Sales Enablement docs, Battle Cards, Pitch Decks, and internal notes — not visible in the public Marketplace.
Request a Role: If you need editing access, use the "Request Role Upgrade" button on the Dashboard. Your request will be routed to the appropriate approver automatically.
