It would make it easier to find when selecting from list if it was alphabetized for both Apps and Bundles

I ran from Smart Apps table and the header for product families is there but none are listed on the report for the apps.

Found some Smart Apps were missing taglines. I got AI to suggest some to fill in the blanks. See attached.

On the Claims Assistant - L&A when I click on claims analysis - it throws an error: API Key is invalid. This is impacting the demo.

Remove the pop up images of the personas on hover. I have had complaints on it and now its doing it on hover over smart apps instead of personas. it would be better to have the details page for the app or person description pop up. the mages add no value.

When selecting from the Bundle table I'm not given the option to select the segments and product families. This is needed fr reporting for Ray and Jim.

Not resolved. 6/18 I clicked on Workflow assistant and was reviewing the details page. I tried to use the Left Nav bar to go to Smart apps and nothing happens when I click on any items in the left Nav bar. If I click on on Back to Market Place, the Left Nav bar is live again. I would expect to be able to use it from either location.

Add a header or a way for the user to know the filter "buttons" are the sales lifecycle not the build status.

A change was made tot he Segments we are to use. I marked Reinsurance and Self-Insured as inactive yet they are still showing as a selectable segment under the edit screen or bundles and apps. I would expect them to not be displayed on the edit screen.

Example is New Business Assistant. Applicant is showing on the details page under Business Values. No values added. When I go to the edit screen it is not selected. In some cases personas were added then later removed and it appears the details page is not reflecting the change.

Andrea an I are experiencing duplicate reports getting created when we edit and save an existing report. Its updating the existing as well as saving another report with the same name. The expectation is that the existing report would be updated only. No need for a "new report to be created".

This is still an issue. When I tried to search for SB-0001 in the bundle search bar nothing comes up. Tried smart apps search for SA-0001 and nothing there either. Product ID is not showing up on export either. I can select it in the customer reports, however, it needs to be on the exports as well. Need the ability to search Apps and Bundles by Product ID. When exporting I need the Product ID to be included in the export and import files

Example: Claims Asst | L&A. Tile says 14 Smart Apps. Details says 10. See attached screen shots. The counts should be the same.

Filters are only showing All, Roadmap, Ideation, Committed, Early Adaptor and GA, Status drop down in edit app and the guide list way more. I think when we removed the status guide from the market place it broke it on the Hub. Based on Issue submitted on 3/24, Jenna changed and only wanted the below: 1. Pending Approval: Idea submitted and awaiting initial review and approval before entering the build process. 2. Approved: Idea has been reviewed and approved to move forward into scoping and ideation. 3. Ideation: Concept is being explored, shaped, and defined — requirements and use cases are being developed. 4. Prioritization: Feature has been approved and is being ranked and scheduled against other work in the backlog. 5. Development: Actively being built by the engineering team. 6. Build Complete: Build phase is complete and ready for release preparation. 7. Backlog: Parked in the backlog — not currently scheduled for development. Please update the hub guide, filter and drop down pick list to only include the above statuses for build.

Intermittent fault. When asking "Show me KYC Smart Apps" it correctly lists relevant Smart Apps, however, when clicking on those descriptions, it takes you to the details of a different Smart App.

For Travel Manager I uploaded the overview document, yet it is not displaying on the details page. It should be shown at the top under the tagline and in the document tab.

Now its not saving it. I uploaded, see the document attached but on save and then edit the document is gone. Still an issue. There is no place to upload the overview documents. See screen shot for the only files allowed to be uploaded. Need a place for over view documents of bundles to be uploaded. This document should be visible on the descriptions page of the bundle. On the top under the tag line.

Still an issue 6/17. See attachments for the location the brochure needs to be on the bundle as well. When I click on a smart app in the market place and a brochure is uploaded there is a "View Brochure under the tagline and before the description. On the bundles they have to go to documents to see it. Please add the view brochure in the same place for the bundles. see attached photo.

The apps show the tagline and the bundles show description. Would like it to mimic the hub where the tagline and description are shown on the tile. Should be the same for apps and bundles

The customers are not being shown the statuses therefore the guides should not be on the overview page on the market place.

Remove one of the arrows.

Under the personas tab the values are cut off. Fix the titles so it adjusts to the size of the data so the user can read the full description.

See image for clarity. The tiles under the AI Recommendation for Bundles and Smart apps needs to follow icons. They currently have a random icon for each.

It has been pointed out that the Segments and Families need to be assigned tot he Bundle as well as the app instead of rolling up.

There is not a way to make it a link. I can add the url to the number field but he wants it to be a link Andi has asked that there is a field that is a link to the Jira story. He wants to be able to just click on it and it brings the user to Jira story as long as they are logged in.

I need the ability to add the value per persona at the smart app and smart app bundle levels. When the user selects a persona, a filed should display to allow them to add the values for that persona. The values vary by persona based on the bundle and smart app they are assigned to.

Update the list to be: This is the correct order. New Request: A submission has been received and is pending initial review by the internal team. No evaluation or action has been taken at this time. In Review: The internal team is actively evaluating the submission. This may include assessing feasibility, gathering supporting details, clarifying use case requirements, and engaging with the requestor as needed. Duplicate Request: The requested functionality already exists within the Smart App Hub, or a substantially similar request has been previously submitted and is currently maintained in the backlog. No further action will be taken on this submission. Backlog: Leadership has determined that the request lacks sufficient use case documentation or business justification to advance at this time. The request will be retained for future consideration as additional information becomes available. Ready for Prioritization: The request has been reviewed and escalated to leadership for prioritization. Advancement will be determined based on strategic alignment and relative priority among active and planned builds. Moved to Smart App: The request has been approved and transitioned to the Smart App Hub. All further development progress and build status tracking will be managed within the Hub going forward.

Need the ability to add Jira number in the edit screen and it display on the tile and the details page. Also pull on to report

Header on report when you use App table but pull related Bundles. Title in customer reports when you select Bundles table. Product ID is starting with SS for Smart Solution instead of SB for Smart Bundle or SAB for Smart App Bundle.

Add Filter of Not Equal to so the team can review the ones not equal to specific or list of statuses.

I was trying to get Andi a report of all smart apps and their related personas ans bundles but the system is not allowing me to select. I tried editing existing report and starting from scratch. Both are have the same issue. Won't allow me to select.

We need to get the status reporting updated in the hub. The ones that are on the smart apps don't match the list in the status filter ideation is also in the wrong order Update the order per Jenna: pending approval approved ideation prioritization committed roadmap development early adopter general availability deprecated She is also requesting a list of the orders and description on the Smart App page so they understand the order and what each status means.

I ran a custom report of Smart App Bundles, I selected KPIs and the report do no spit those out.

The custom reports should display the related list of smart apps, personas etc not just provide total number. Update reporting to allow the user to selected what is "related" and provide the list that is related to the Bundle, Smart App AI agent ETC.

Can we use more of the white space so the icons are not smushed

I went to https://solution-flow-12de323a.base44.app/marketplace incognito and the back to hub in left corner is there. it brings me to the log in page. Can this be removed for none logged in user?

Pick an icon for the type and carry it through the platform. For Smart App Bundle in the Market Place, its a raising chart and a box. The box is the icon in the hub so maybe update the chart to be the box. Same goes for the apps, sometimes its the 3 stacked flat boxes, somethings its a computer and sometimes its the spiky square. Like my descriptions. LOL

Can you make the back button stand out? If you click the back arrow on the web browser it takes you out of the market place and the back to market place is small and several have complained they don't see it until after they use the back button in the browser.

Can you correct the colors to stay in line with the rest of the app? Blue is really dark.

The top title of the bundles details page is back to saying solutions. Correct title should be Smart App Bundle Details

All the edit screen vary in size and sometimes the update and cancel buttons always show and sometimes the user has to scroll all the way to the bottom to update or cancel. The size also varies as well as some have a large white space, while others do not. Expectations is the edit pop ups all react the same and are the same size. I think the fix made to the service definitions works and looks the best.

The approved list is missing from the landing page. I went into the Market Place admin section and the toggle to mark the bundle as featured is gone. I looked under Apps and the toggle is still there and confirmed on Policy Updates that its still marked as Featured on, yet not displaying.

When Smart App Bundle was added to the left nav bar the other links broke. Clicking on anything is the nav bar results in nothing. Expectation is that it takes the user to the list of items they clicked on.

When I click on "Contact Sales in the top blue bar of the Mark Place nothing happens.

Per Jenna we are not asking the customers to select their sales rep. Remove the ask during checkout. See attachment for where its located.

The Nav Bar has the Featured, Apps and AI Powered but not the Smart App Bundles. Would expect to links for all.

Change the Product line to allow multiple choices.

When I clicked on the button it changed very briefly to submitting but the changed right back to submit inquiry. I would expect the check out to close and a message said "thank you for you submission, the sales rep will ....blah, blah.

Can you make the Tiles on the page above Featured in the Market Place clickable. It would be great if when the user clicked on the Smart App Bundles tile with the count of 12, it would open up the page that lists them out. Same as what happens when you use the link in the left nav bar. Same for all three tiles. I feel like it would make it more user friendly.

Correct the size of the Service Definition Edit pop up window to match the other, See examples uploaded to this ticket.

Update buttons should be the same color across the platform. Colors range from black to DXC logo colors. Most are blue. I uploaded 4 examples in this ticket

All other ones appear to have an image but when Advisor is related it looks like the uploaded image in this ticket.

On the details page it still says Solutions and on the tile page it says Bundles. For Conversation Manger and Engagement Analyzer has a 0 on the details page under Solutions, however on the tile it says Bundles and it has a 1. Please correct so it says Bundles on the details page as well and the number of Bundles the Smart app is related to shows correctly.

User can sit and happy click on the voting button. Should restrict the number of times the person votes.

Remove the submitted by when someone added additional use case.

THe page looks weird with the header centered and the bottom to the left, can you make the bottom section larger so there isn't as much white space to the right or center it?

Status filters need to be updated to include: Ideation, Pending Approval, Approved, Prioritization, Committed Roadmap, Development, Early Adopter, General Availability, Deprecated

Not sure what the list at the op is for. If I'm down the page and click on Bundles it brings me back to the top all other words are not clickable.

When I clicking on Featured, AI Powered and Home, nothing happens. Assumption is it should bring me back to the selected section. Clicking on All Apps bring you down the page to the start of the Apps section.

Update the section Voting closed. Not sure what drives it or what the status should be.

Add a new status for smart Apps and AI Agents " Ideation"

Sales Representation appears to be a drop down but there is nothing to select. Hitting submit does nothing. No pop up saying required field is missing. Need a error pop up if any required fields are missing or at least tell the user what they missed. Please make the sale representative a fillable field. Also have them provide the sales email address.

The featured apps and bundles have an add but the smart apps listed under smart apps are missing an add button. Assumption is if we are allowing if listed under featured then they should be able to dd it to the shopping cart if not under featured.

Update: Count is on tile, list of personas are missing from Smart App Bundle details page. As with all other related items to the solution/Smart App Bundle I would expect to see the list of personas that are related to the smart apps that are related to the Smart App Bundles. Please list the Personas on the details page of the Smart App Bundle and have the count displayed on the Smart App Bundle Tile.

I filtered by today and the totals at the top did not update. I would expect them to update when filtered.

Request was made to display the Segment names, Product Family Families names and the Persona names. Currently it only shows the count.

Request was made to allow the user to remove their vote. Andy accidently voted 2 times of an idea by trying to click on the tile to open up the details. Add a way for the user to remove their own vote.

Need to restrict to only allow the user to submit a vote for an idea one time. If they click on it again they should get a message saying the already submitted a vote.

Under Customer Reports when selecting the Data Source it would be easier for the user to find the data source if it was in alpha order

The page only has All, New Request, In Review, Backlog and Ready. The list of statuses are: New Request, In Review, Duplicate Request, Backlog, Ready for Prioritization, Moved to Smart App.

Filters should include Status, Smart Apps, AI Agents, and Service Definitions.

Need the ability to see all the SA Bundles that a Smart App is related to. Add a filter to the existing filter list to include SA Bundles. It appears to have been removed with Jenna's request to add additional filters.

Need the ability to see who voted on ideas so we can reach out to get their perspective as to why they voted and gather any other information the user who submitted may have left off when submitting.

Can we put the box next to the Date Submitted instead of under or move both under the list of filters. its looks weird the way it is.

What is this for? It doesn't allow me to add the check. Remove it or fix what it is used for.

Jenna wants this moved up so the users who are submitting see the states/stages easier. Right now its buried in the Help section. Glossary of Terms Project Status Stages Approved Leadership has reviewed and agreed to the idea, but it is still awaiting prioritization. The project concept is validated, but resources and scheduling are not yet assigned. Prioritization The project is being evaluated and ranked among other initiatives to determine its importance and timing. This stage involves assessing value, urgency, and resource availability before committing to delivery. Committed Road Map A delivery timeline has been agreed upon. The project is now scheduled for execution according to the organization's strategic plan, with clear milestones and deadlines. Development The project is actively being built or implemented. This includes design, coding, configuration, and testing activities. Progress is tracked against the committed roadmap. Early Adopter A select group of users or stakeholders is given access to the project deliverable before full production release. Their feedback helps identify issues and improve the solution prior to wider rollout. Active The project or product is in full production. General availability and ongoing support and maintenance are provided. Deprecated The project or product is no longer supported or in production. Users are encouraged to transition to newer solutions, and no further updates or fixes will be provided.

Still no clear way of getting notification of new idea. 6/17 Need the ability for the users on the review team to receive emails/notifications when a new submission is received via the Idea Tracker. Need the ability to add and remove users.

We discussed the need to see all so we are not creating duplicate bugs. I closed the bug because it was showing me Hans and Andrea's bug. Its been reverted back to only my bugs. It would be great to filter to just see mine or to see all but should default to showing all bugs filed.

Jenna made a request to change name from Solution toe Smart App Bundles. When related and on the tiles, details etc. that new name should carry over. Says solutions still on Smart App Details and Micro Services Details.

Need a way to see number of bugs each state as well as total filed. Would be nice to filter by date submitted as well.

Service Definition edit pop up is too large. Need to be able to scroll to save or cancel. I had to minimize screen to 50% to see the save and cancel button.

Since we can now see all issues reported, update the name to reflect the change.

Getting 404 Error on Glossary link from left nav bar

Please put the lists in alphanumeric like the customer, service definition etc. Also add the search bar like you have on the Smart Apps and Microservices.

How do these phases differ from the status categories listed on the tiles? Are the release phases intended to be surfaced on the tiles?

Tested and passed. All Ai Agents related to a smart app should roll up and display the count on the Solutions card/tile and the names list on the details page. Advisor Communications has a related Ai Agent (Audit & Explainability Agent) and Solution (Advisor Assistant). The Ai Agent is not showing under Advisor Assistant (Solution) as asked in previous bug submitted.

Include filter options like those that are offered on the Smart Apps screen / tab.

I tested it by adding Audit and Explainability Ai Agent to Smart Add Advisor Communications. and its not listed in the count on the Card/Tile or under details. The Smart app is related to Adviser Assistant and the Ai Agent did not roll up to that either.

Add the same search and add feature to smart apps so we can add the list of Ai Agents that smart app can use. The count and list should display on the tile/card and the details page for both the smart app and any solution that app is related to.

The link on the tiles that are marked resolved have a "View Page" link. That link refreshes the main page. Either remove it or have it open the tile. Its weird that it just reopens the issue list page

Still an issue on Customers, orders, subscriptions, Releases, Implementations, Idea Tracker A few search bars are really dark while others are normal color. They should be consistent. However, on the microservices page all are displayed and the user just scrolls. Either works I just think we need to be consistent. Solutions all display Smart Apps: Showing is to the left and next arrows are the the right Microservices all display Ai Agents: in the middle it has 1 of 2 with arrows Legacy all display Under config all list display all

Looks like the most recent change was a deletion Jenna did 18 days ago. I do not have any filters on. It should display the changes Colin, Rick and Jenna have been making. You and I also deleted and those are not displaying either.

Jenna wants controls around new entries/edits by users. Restrict import to only a select group. She does not want to be the bottle neck, however, we need controls around who can make the actually changes. She wants Colin to add Smart Apps needed for Nextus as an example, however, she wants to approve before they are actually in "Production" aka visible to other users. Not sure what that needs to look like.

Still an issue: Andrea is a viewer and she is unable to edit or delete her New Idea submission while its in "Submission". "New Jenna wants to restrict to edit/delete only if its in status "New Request" after that she wants to allow additional information/comments but does not want the use to be able to edit or delete.

Can we have the export of smart apps with relationships and the table have different names on export like you have on microservices? When editing a solution, smart app, microservice etc, has a ton of space after the update button. Can you fit so that the update button is the end of the scrolling.
